Last month, climate researcher Dane Wigington predicted that “40 million in the West would be without water by 2023.” It appears that the US government is just as concerned as Wigington is about the extreme drought. The Bureau of Reclamation just announced its first-ever forced water reduction plan as the Colorado River in Western America dwindles to a trickle. Wigington claims that the severe drought in the West and around the world is not a natural event but is caused by man-made weather modification called geoengineering, writes Greg Hunter.

Wigington explains:

“What do we see around the world? It is not only Europe and not only the west of the US, but also South America. We see radical ongoing drought pulverizing crops everywhere, while Las Vegas is flooded in a manipulated scenario. This is all technology. They control the tap, period. We’ve been saying this for a decade and a half at GeoEngineeringWatch.org. Everything manifests itself. What do we see? As Vegas is flooded, in the Midwest and California breadbasket we are seeing temperatures of 43 degrees, single-digit humidity in many places, and crops are about to implode there.”

Who is responsible for the worst drought in the last 1,200 years? Wigington says documents show it is the US military (DARPA).

Wigington says:

“Zbigniew Brzezinski, former national security adviser to Presidents Johnson and Carter, has officially stated that climate modification operations are the US military’s exceptional covert weapon to make countries and their peoples more compliant. Climate modification (and Gain-of Function) is the crown jewel weapon of the Military Industrial Complex. It is not only for foreign opponents, but also for their own people. They can force them to their knees without ever knowing they are being attacked. Think how absurd this is, when we have climate modification operations that cut precipitation for tens of millions in the US, and nobody seems to have a clue. No one is willing to recognize this elephant in the sky.”

The military also uses forest fires as a weapon

Wigington says:

“We have found a document entitled ‘Forest fires as a military weapon’”. (Wigington also made a video with the same title.)

It actually mentions the processes or the step-by-step plan for preparing intense combustion. The most damning thing about this document is that it not only specifically mentions many places in the US, including Mount Shasta in California where I live, it also mentions the “prime burn windows” for other US allies now on fire, such as Portugal, Spain and Greece. How much more destructive can a document be? This is business as usual for the US military. Think about the madness of this. You burn forests as a military weapon and harm foreign and your own citizens.”

Wigington says there is a short window of time to fully wake people up to stop geoengineering, but the main group is the US military, Wigington says:

“Our military is unknowingly participating in this… They are told that they are doing something for the greater good. It is something that saves the planet, when in fact it kills the planet.”

Wigington is talking about all the polluted stormwater, the nuclear war, nano-lipid particles, glyphene oxide, aluminum in your body and how much time we have before the entire ecosystem implodes because of the man-made weather modification called geoengineering.

Originally known as the Advanced Research Projects Agency (ARPA), the agency was created on February 7, 1958, by President Dwight D. Eisenhower in response to the Soviet launching of Sputnik 1 in 1957. By collaborating with academia, industry, and government partners, DARPA formulates and executes research and development projects to expand the frontiers of technology and science, often beyond immediate U.S. military requirements. Also included are research and development of „Gain-of-Function“ and has it own biolabs for that purpose inside the USA and outside. Ukraine turned into a hotspot for biolabs (Hunter Biden).

This logic goes back to Leonardo da Vinci who strongly belived that when a city or a country has well-developed weaponry to attack an enemy, the enemy will think twice to attack.

Attempting to increase the fire power of a traditional cannon, Leonardo da Vinci designed this innovative 12-barreled gun carriage. Though hardly capable of rapid-fire, this design housed an ingenious aiming and loading mechanism. The fan-like shape made it a potentially effective weapon against massed advancing troops, by widening the field of fire and reducing possible mistakes. Additionally, its lightweight and large wheels would have provided for excellent mobility on the battlefield.

The aim of the tiers is that in rotation, the first tier is fired while the second tier can be loaded. This allows for the third tier to cool down before its turn in the rotation to be loaded and fired again.

Leonardo always aimed to increase the firepower of the weapons he worked on and to maximize their overall destructive capacity. He did this for both his Patron’s benefit in having superior firepower compared to his rivals and for his own personal, intellectual curiosity.

The same logic lasted for many decades during the Cold War when (especially) the USA and the USSR (Russia) built up a huge arsenal of atomic nuclear warheads as a deterrence. Nowadays, all major nations, like USA, Russia and China are building up strong fatal pathogenes („Gain-of-Function“) and have them in stock as a deterrence: if an enemy would attack with gene-manipulated viruses and insects (so-called „bio-warfare“), it would be suicide and they would quickly be overwhelmed by a counter attack.

The weekly journal, the „Economist“ has called DARPA once the agency “that shaped the modern world,” and pointed out that “Moderna’s COVID-19 vaccine sits alongside weather satellites, GPS, drones, stealth technology, voice interfaces, Face-recognition, the personal computer and the internet on the list of innovations for which DARPA can claim at least partial credit.” Its track record of success has inspired governments around the world to launch similar research and development agencies and meet the Gain-of Function achievements by DARPA.

DARPA is independent of other military research and development and reports directly to senior Department of Defense management. DARPA collaborates closely with the Pentagon and comprises approximately 2,200 government employees in six technical offices, including nearly 100 program managers, who together oversee about 450 research and development programs inside and outside the USA.
